Q   : Can I have it gift-wrapped?

When ordering from us, enjoy beautiful packaging with every purchase. This includes:

Q   : Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Our packaging is made of FSC-certified paper sourced from sustainably managed forests.

 

Personalizing

Q   : Can I add emojis to my design?

It's not possible to add emojis or emoticons to any of our designs, sorry! These are not recognized text characters, so they would not print correctly on your product.

Q: What languages can I print on my order?

All languages are accepted. Please contact us right away at  funforfunwh@gmail.com  if you experience any problems

For optimal photo printing on our website:

Q   : What kind of photo should I upload?

Format:   Only .jpeg files accepted. Convert PNG and HEIC files to high-resolution .jpeg.

Resolution and Size:   Use high-res photos, minimum 300dpi, size 2MB-10MB.

Panoramic Photos:   Not compatible with our editor.

Brightness and Contrast:   Avoid dark, heavily filtered, or low-contrast photos.

Assistance:   Email uncertain photos to funforfunwh@gmail.com for review before ordering.

Q: How do I edit something which is already in my cart?

Don't worry, you can remove the item from the cart and place a new order

Q : How long will hand-made products be delivered

Because hand-made products require a long production time, they will generally be delivered within 2 weeks. If the delivery needs to be delayed under special circumstances, we will inform you by email at the first time

Q   :  How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order? 

In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.  

Q: How can I find the status of my order?  

Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ‘My Account’.  

Q: Where can I track my order? 

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

Q: My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

Q: I typed in my wrong address and need to change it 

Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.  

 

Payment

Q: Can I get a discount if I refer a friend?

Yes! We have a friend referral program, through which you can send an invite to a friend or family member who has not previously shopped at Paper Ground, to purchase with a discount on their first order.

Q: Where do I add my discount/promo code?

Have a discount code? Great! You can either enter this code at the basket stage or at checkout.

Q: Is your payment system secure?

All transactions on our website are secured with industry standard encryption and when you purchase, we do not store your credit card details. We don't share your details with any third party, other than the payment provider and the printer that will pack and ship your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through Paypal, other method like VISA, Mastercard debit and credit cards will be accepted in a few days.

Q: Why is my payment being rejected?

If your order fails, check these steps:

Card Info: Ensure correct entry of card number, holder's name, expiry date, and CSV code (3 digits on back, 4 for American Express).

Payment Failure Message:   This may be blocked by your bank for security. We can't override this.

Refresh Page:   Sometimes this resolves issues.

Clear Cache/Cookies:   If persisting, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

Q: Why is my discount code not working?

For successful application of promo/discount codes:

Capital Letters: Enter the code in all caps; lower case won't work.

No Spaces: Ensure no spaces before, after, or within the code.

Legitimate Code: Be wary of fake codes on external sites. We don't provide codes to third parties.

One Code at a Time: Our promo codes are exclusive and can't be combined.

Item-Specific Offers: Some codes only apply to certain products.

 

Shipping & Returns

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?  

Standard Shipping is FREE on international purchases of $100 and over (excluding taxes)

Q: Are returns free? 

Personalized Returns

We produce all our personalized products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

All other returns

Sometimes stationery just isn’t quite right, so we give all paper people 30 days to return your unpersonalized paper pieces and desk accessories.

Returns are completely free and organized through our online portal.

Q: When can I get items that are out of stock? 

We’re so grateful and humbled by the support of our Paper Ground community and we appreciate you sticking by us while we work tirelessly to get products back in stock. We know it’s frustrating when you can’t find your Paper Ground products - our teams are working as quickly as possible to get your favorite items back in stock and to make sure they’re regularly available.
